It is on the third floor of the four-story building,which is under monument protection.The house has an elevator.
Rental fee:
180 € for one person/ month / room
210 € for two persons/ month / room
250 € for three persons/ month / room

This flat will be available on 02.10.2015.,if the tenants will not extend their stay.

This apartment has two rooms with view to the beautiful, large courtyard. Elevator is in the building.
This fully renovated apartments is 2 min. by foot from metro 2 Astoria station and 4 min. walk from metro crossing point Deák tér (földalatti= metro 1 and metro 3) 5 houses from the biggest synagogue in Europe.
It has one of the most beautiful court yard in  Budapest. View is to the quiet court yard.  Corridor.
Several offices like Gorenje etc.are  in the building.
A smaller  room  an the other large one . Other view. Both looking to a romantic court yard.
Parking lots in the court yard to rent.It has to be arranged with company, which is managing the building.
