It is on the third floor of the four-story building,which is under monument protection.The house has an elevator.
Rental fee:
180 € for one person/ month / room
210 € for two persons/ month / room
250 € for three persons/ month / room

The small room will be available from on May 2nd, 2017. , the larger room from June 29th , 2017., if the tenanants ar not extending their stay.

Other address two minutes by foot: 1088 Budapest,Szentkirályi utca 5. and 6. 20 rooms are here available for Erasmus students.
F.e. : Szentkirályi utca 5.III.20. no elevator in the building.50 m2 two bed rooms ,but only one bathroom.This flat will be available from on 04.02.2017.

It has one of the most beautiful court yard in  Budapest. View is to the quiet court yard.  Corridor.

A smaller  room  an the other large one . Other view. Both looking to a romantic court yard.
Parking lots in the court yard to rent.It has to be arranged with company, which is managing the building.
