17/4 and 21/3 is on the third floor.There is no elevator in the building.

The budget offer:
The studio Szk21/3 has a gas meter. So if the tenant wants to save costs, he/she can regulate the temperature by himself and choose paying gas according to the meter. The water and electricity will be paid also according to the meters, but those two are shared with another apartment.So we can only estimate the costs of water and electricity consumption. It could be between 4- and 5000 Ft each per a month (~12-15€).
